Peabody Properties has been named to the National Affordable Housing Management Association (NAHMA) 2021 Affordable 100 List for the seventh consecutive year.
The list is comprised of the 100 largest affordable multifamily property management companies in the country, ranked by affordable unit counts, and contributes to the ongoing national dialogue surrounding federal funding and affordable housing. This year Peabody Properties, Inc. ranks No. 55 on the 2021 register.
NAHMA is the leading voice for affordable housing management, advocating on behalf of multifamily property managers and owners whose mission is to provide quality affordable housing; the Association supports legislative and regulatory policy that promotes the development and preservation of decent and safe affordable housing.
