Peak Physical Therapy & Sports Performance, a South Shore practice specializing in unique programs that provide comprehensive treatment in orthopedic, spine and sports medicine specialties, will open a new clinic at 1528 Tremont St. in Duxbury this summer.

This will be Peak’s 14th clinic on the South Shore since opening their first in Norwell in 2007. The 3,000-square-foot space is currently under construction to create the clinic space.

Curt Eberhart, PT, DPT, OCS, who is currently a physical therapist at the Pembroke clinic, has been named as the Duxbury Clinic Manager. He graduated with his doctorate of Physical Therapy from Louisiana State University in New Orleans, Louisiana in 2014. Prior to that, he received his undergraduate degree in Kinesiology from LSU in 2009. Since 2015, Eberhart has concentrated on treating orthopedic and sports injury patients. His continuing education has been focused in both of these areas which allowed him to gain his Orthopedic Clinical Specialist certification in 2019.

“We are excited to open our fourteenth clinic in Duxbury,” said Eric Edelman PT, Founder and CEO of Peak Physical Therapy. “Duxbury is an active community with great sports programs and we look forward to bringing our expertise to our patients.
