Professional Nurse & Home Care of Cape Cod has relocated from Dennis to 57 South Orleans Road, Orleans.
The company is a 24-hour accredited and fully insured home health care agency that has been providing high quality, boutique style services for a reasonable price since 2007. New clients are being accepted from Yarmouth, Dennis, Chatham, Orleans, Harwich, Eastham, Brewster and Wellfleet.
PNHCCC provides supervision by a licensed nurse who oversees the welfare and safety of each client and a registered nurse who develops a custom care plan for each individual.
Services provided include: professional assessment, nursing care, home health care with certified aides that assist with daily living, personal care and medication administration and professional homemaking duties such as cooking, shopping, house cleaning, transportation and more.
