Cape Cod Baseball League has announced that Red Jacket Resorts in Yarmouth has been named its first-ever official hospitality partner.
During the league’s 100th anniversary season this year, the family-friendly resort collection is teaming up with the league to offer fans special Cape Cod Baseball League hotel packages, the opportunity to meet “the stars of tomorrow” with exclusive on-property events and more. Adding to the all-new offerings at Red Jacket Resorts this season, the properties are elevating the guest experience even more with updated family-friendly accommodations, new programming and on-beach culinary offerings.
“Summer baseball games on The Cape are a beloved pastime for so many visitors who travel to the area year after year which is why we are so excited to partner with the league and their players during such a paramount year,” said Alton Chun, EOS Hospitality Regional Managing Director. “As we continue to look for ways to provide our guests with a quintessential Cape Cod summer experience, we could not think of a better partnership than with the Cape Cod Baseball League.”
Exclusively available to guests staying at Blue Water Resort, Riviera Beach Resort, or Red Jacket Beach Resort is the “Take Me Out to the Ball Game” starter pack, which can be added to any room reservation and includes everything needed for a Cape Cod Baseball League game. The enhancement package features a baseball and permanent marker for securing your favorite players’ signatures, a box of Cracker Jacks and two hot dogs from the resort to enjoy before or after the game. Those who purchase the package will be entered into a raffle to receive an autographed bat from the All Star team at the end of the season.
Players will also make special appearances at the resort throughout the summer, giving baseball fans meet and greet opportunities with “the stars of tomorrow” during on-property events. With one in six Cape Cod Baseball League players making it to the big leagues, guests have the opportunity to challenge a potential future MLB player to a game of wiffle ball at Red Jacket Beach Resort and Green Harbor Resort or enjoy a sweet treat with select players during ice cream socials featuring the locally-loved Cape Cod Creamery at Blue Water Resort and Riviera Beach Resort.
