Registration is now open for the National Leadership Summit, presented by OKI ME, LLC and Cape & Plymouth Business Media Thursday, Oct. 6, from 9 a..m. to 2 p.m. at the Cape Codder Resort & Spa in Hyannis.

“Preventing Labor Shortages Through Leadership Excellence” will explore several topics and give participants an action plan that can be used immediately to better attract, retain, develop and engage top talent. Gain solutions to employee burnout and the phenomenon called “Quiet Quitting. The summit is geared to C-suite executives, business owners, board members and local and national leaders.

Moderator is Martha R. A. Fields, CEO, consultant and inspirational speaker, who is president and CEO of OKI ME, LLC as well as the author of eight books.

The keynote speaker is Lt. Gen. (ret.) David Ohle, who was responsible for U.S. Army human services. Ohle was also a former Chief Human Resources Officer at Shell Oil Company and is president of HEROES to Education. His talk is titled Topic: “Successfully Preventing Labor Shortages through Leaders, Heroes and Education.”

The morning program will feature presentations byAndy Freed, CEO and President Virtual, Inc.;  Kyle J. Pardo, Executive Vice President, Associated Industries of Massachusetts (AIM) HR Solutions; Marc Goldberg, CME, Goldberg Advisors and SCORE Certified Mentor; David Troutman, chair of the Cape Cod Chamber of Commerce and co-owner Scargo Lake Café; Myranne Jannoff, Managing Partner, ZurickDavis Executive Search Firm; and Roberta Matuson, a strategic advisor on Talent.

Following the lunch break, speakers will include Mari Ryan, author CEO/founder of Advancing Wellness; and Martha R.A. Fields, who will discuss about lessons from her book: “Why Finding Purpose, Work, & Well-Being Success Leads to Leadership Excellence.”
