Glenn Silverberg of Plympton has joined Rockland Trust as Vice President, Senior Commercial Loan Officer for the Southcoast and Rhode Island market.
In his new role, Silverberg will be responsible for the acquisition of new Commercial and Industrial client relationships and the active management of a large complex portfolio of clients. He will play a critical role in building relationships with clients and delivering an exceptional customer experience designed to retain and grow the portfolio.
Silverberg joined Rockland Trust as a Business Banking Specialist in 2004 where he developed relationships with local businesses assisting them in growing their organizations, he also served as an Assistant Branch Manager until 2009. Since then, Silverberg grew into commercial banking where he served as Commercial Relationship Manager for TD Bank and a Commercial Loan Officer for Bluestone Bank (formerly known as Bridgewater Savings Bank). Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President, Market Manager for commercial lending division of Citizens Bank in the South of Boston, Western Massachusetts and Cape and Island markets.
