Quilty-Dunn comes to Ryan’s from G Hospitality Group, where he served as General Manager for the company’s portfolio of restaurants across Rhode Island and Massachusetts. He ran and opened multiple properties for the group, including the award-winning G-Pub in Plymouth.  His lengthy hospitality career also includes 12 years as General Manager of TGIFriday’s locations and management positions at Joe’s American Bar & Grill.

“Liam is a seasoned pro in the hospitality industry with experience running high-volume, fast-paced venues,” said Zack McCaul, Ryan’s Director of Operations. “He’s passionate about creating a first-class experience and we’re thrilled to have him leading our team in Hanover.”

The new Ryan’s center will be the largest of its ten locations. It will feature bowling, laser tag, a state-of-the art arcade, and a bar and restaurant. The space also includes an event lounge with a private bar and bowling lanes, along with a second story mezzanine, both of which will provide ample options for parties and functions.

The company is currently hiring for several other management positions, including Events Manager, Kitchen Manager, Restaurant Manager and Games Manager.  These positions will begin training immediately at Ryan’s Ten Pin Eatery in Hyannis with compensation provided for travel. Interested candidates should send their resume and cover letter to Zack McCaul at rfazack@comcast.net.

Ryan’s expects to employ approximately 150 people when the center opens this January. Candidates interested in other part- or full-time positions can view information and apply online at ryanfamily.com/locations/hanover/.
