Hyannis, MA (November 6, 2018) — Ryan Family Amusements has announced that Chapin’s Restaurant Group has accepted an offer from Ryan’s to purchase Ten Pin Eatery’s restaurant operations.  With plans to open additional Ten Pin Eateries in new markets, the ownership teams agreed that the facilities would be more effectively managed and marketed under one owner.  The two groups are working together, amicably, to insure the very best environment for continued growth.
“Our patrons will see little change as a result,” said Ryan’s President Rob Nichols. “Executive Chef Kevin Violet will continue running the kitchen and Bar Manager Chris Celli will continue in his front-of-the-house role.  Seamus O’Hara, a long-time Cape Cod restaurateur, will also remain on the leadership team.”
Ryan’s expects a closing will take place soon, once the legal and technical details are completed.
“We have exciting plans to take the Ten Pin concept to new locations off-Cape, and we expect to announce more details shortly,” added Nichols.
Ten Pin Eatery, which opened inside Cape Cod Mall in April, features a full restaurant and bar, 11 bowling lanes, an arcade, laser tag arena and a private, VIP lounge.  Additionally, Ryan’s recently opened a Virtual Reality and Escape Room arena just across the hall. Ten Pin becomes the 11th location for Ryan’s, which operates bowling alleys and games rooms across Massachusetts and Rhode Island. The other locations include Buzzard’s Bay, Falmouth, Millis, Raynham, South Yarmouth Plymouth, Oak Bluffs, and Newport, RI.
