SCORE’s Cape Cod & the Islands chapter will host a Pitch to Grow event to assist small business owners who identify as people of color, Hispanic, Latino, female or indigenous.
Eight applicants will be selected by readers from the business, banking and association community to win cash prizes to be applied to growth or expansion initiatives.
Eligible applicants must be:
- 51 percent owners
- Have had from one to three years in business on the Cape & Islands (not a
franchise); - A legal resident and over 21 years of age.
Judges from banking, small business, and SCORE will evaluate the applicant presentations at the Pitch to Grow event on Sept. 28, 2022 at Cape Cod Beer in Hyannis from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m.
The SCORE Association, Coastal Community Capital & Cape Cod Young Professionals are event co-sponsors with support of Amplify POC and International Business Relations.
