Southcoast Kitchen Designs, a premier kitchen design and remodeling company serving eastern Massachusetts and Rhode Island, has completed the purchase of property at 125 Route 6A in Sandwich, the future home of its second location.

The new showroom is expected to open in February of 2024, giving homeowners on Cape Cod access to the innovative “residential design-build” remodeling services offered by the award-winning team at Southcoast Kitchen Designs.

The new Cape location is the site of a former pharmacy. The long-vacant building is now in the process of complete renovation to house the 3,000-square-foot showroom.

Southcoast Kitchen“We are excited to announce the acquisition of our second location,” said Matt Arguin, president of Southcoast Kitchen Designs. “From design to product selection, and throughout the remodeling process, we take pride in offering a unified approach to all interior renovations. With the opening of our new showroom at 125 Route 6A in Sandwich, we will have the opportunity to offer our design, consult services, and more to an expanded clientele.”

Arguin has led the company from its original location in Middleboro to its current location in Carver, which more than doubled their size at the time. Now, the company is poised for additional growth with the expansion into Sandwich.

News of the expansion comes following the recent announcement that Southcoast Kitchen Designs has been named to the Inc. 5000 List of Fastest Growing Private Companies in the United States. Appearing on the list for the first time, Southcoast Kitchen Designs ranked 4,927 in fastest-growing private companies in the United States, as well as 153rd in Massachusetts.  The company also ranked 257th in the construction field, and 145th for businesses in the greater Boston area.

“Being ranked one of Inc. 5000 fastest growing private companies in the United States was an honor for our past accomplishments,” added Arguin.  “Our future achievements will propel us forward yet again.”
