The Peabody Companies (www.peabodyproperties.com), a group of property management and real estate firms, has announced that CEO Melissa Fish-Crane has been elected as secretary of the National Affordable Housing Management Association (NAHMA) for a two-year term.
In her capacity as secretary, Fish-Crane will serve as NAHMA’s chief information officer.
The association’s Executive Council, consisting of its executive, associate and affiliate members, voted for the new officers and board members at the NAHMA fall meeting, held recently in Washington, D.C.
“It is a privilege to serve as an officer for NAHMA,” said Fish-Crane. “I look forward to helping advance its mission and advocacy for quality affordable housing.”
“NAHMA is honored and excited to have Melissa Fish-Crane serve as an officer of the association,” said Kris Cook, CAE, Chief Executive Officer of NAHMA. “Her dynamic leadership capabilities will have a tremendous positive impact on all that we undertake to advance our mission.”
