The Peabody Companies announce the promotion of Kim Jerdon-Page of Lawrence to compliance portfolio director.
In this role, Jerdon-Page, who previously held the title of compliance manager, has an essential role in the effective and efficient operation of the firm by employing the technical expertise to interpret federal regulations and requirements of agencies including LIHTC, HUD and HOME.
Prior to joining the Peabody Companies in April 2019, she was the property manager for SHP Management Corporation in Newburyport.
Jerdon-Page is a graduate of Bentley University with a bachelor of science degree in Management. She received a graduate certificate in Women in Politics and Public Policy from UMass Boston and holds designations as a Certified Professional of Occupancy and a Specialist in Housing Credit Management.
