Carolina Sholl, multi-site manager at The Peabody Companies’ Lowell Belvedere Housing, has been named the Accredited Residential Manager (ARM) of the Year by the Institute for Real Estate Management (IREM) Boston Metropolitan Chapter No. 4.
Sholl was honored at the recent IREM Boston Chapter Gala and Chapter Awards Night at The Granite Links Ballroom in Quincy. The ARM Award recognizes real estate management excellence performed by an IREM member who holds the ARM credential.
Sholl, a resident of Nashua, New Hampshire, was recognized for advancing the real estate profession; providing superior service to residents; demonstrating leadership qualities through innovative initiatives, programs or business practices that resulted in property success and/or business advancement; and a commitment to ethical business practices based on the IREM Code of Professional Ethics.
“It is no surprise that Carolina has been distinguished with this prestigious industry award; she is an extraordinary member of the Peabody team and well-deserving of this honor from the IREM Boston Chapter,” said Melissa Fish-Crane, principal and CEO of the Peabody Companies. “The entire Peabody Companies community extends congratulations.”
