The Pinehills Announces Two Top Leadership Promotions

The Pinehills, a mixed-use community located in Plymouth,  announced the promotions of Deborah Sedares to President and General Counsel of Pinehills LLC, and Diane Kimmerle to Executive Vice President and Controller, Pinehills LLC. The announcement was made by John Judge, who had held the position of president prior to his recent retirement from The Pinehills after 24 years.

Sedares was Executive Vice President and General Counsel for Pinehills LLC for 24 years.  Prior to joining The Pinehills, she was Secretary and General Counsel for the Providence and Worcester Railroad Company, General Counsel for the Worcester Redevelopment Authority and Assistant General Counsel for the Massachusetts Turnpike Authority.  With the promotion, Sedares assumes the role of chief operating officer for the company, while continuing management and oversight of regulatory compliance, conveyancing, contracting and community association governance.  

Kimmerle, previously the organization’s Vice President and Controller, now oversees the financial side of The Pinehills, including project reporting, forecasting and financial and treasury management for the land development company, its subsidiaries, and other related businesses.

Prior to joining The Pinehills in 2008, Kimmerle was Corporate Controller for The Community Builder, Inc. in Boston, and Metropolitan Properties of America, Boston.
