The To the Moon & Back’s Beyond NAS Conference Returns March 10

The To the Moon & Back’s Beyond NAS Conference returns Friday, March 10, from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Hotel 1620, Plymouth.

The conference will featuring speakers, educational breakout sessions, CEU options and panel discussions. It’s designed for professionals as well as families dealing with raising children born with in-utero substance exposure.

“We were so encouraged by the success of the initial conference and were hoping to make it an annual event, but the pandemic put our plans on pause,” said Theresa Harmon, Executive Director and Founder of To the Moon & Back. “We are very excited for the 2023 version and believe attendance would be beneficial for many professions, including teachers, healthcare providers, mental health providers, nurses, early intervention providers, pediatricians, and family medicine providers. CEU’s (5.5) are available for MSW’s, LMHC’s & RN’s. Certificates of attendance as well. Families & caregivers of children born opiate dependent can absorb a great deal of knowledge by attending also.

Conference sponsors include the Plymouth Community Charitable Foundation and the Plymouth County District Attorney’s Office.
