Transitions Centers, a nonprofit organization in South Yarmouth providing day habilitation, supported employment, individualized residential supports and transportation services, has been accredited for a period of three years by CARF International.
Transitions Centers received accreditation for its job development and employment supports, community integration in day habilitation, and adults with autism spectrum disorder programs. The latest accreditation is the fifth consecutive three-year Accreditation that the international accrediting body, CARF, has given to Transitions Centers.
